The Gallup pollsters, from interviews of over 80,000 leaders in 400 organizations, determined that

“What am I accountable for?” Very often “accountability” is nothing more than a term thrown
around the office when something goes wrong and people are looking for someone to blame. This
session introduces accountability, and accountability agreements, as a leadership and management
tool that can be used to gain positive results for individuals, teams, and organizations as well as their
customers.
