Description
This course focuses on strategies to build better relationships with people at work. Participants will assess their own responsiveness to customers and colleagues, learn to build goodwill and trust in relationships. Attention will be given to effectively managing boss relationships and how to effectively diffuse angry customers and colleagues. This module will help all levels increase their influence and credibility in the workplace.
