In 2004, Michelle founded her consulting business, DLR Consulting Group, focused on helping organizations manage through complexity and lead through change. Michelle provides consulting services in the areas of Leadership Development, Organizational Development, Change Management, Training and Development and HR Strategy and Planning. Clients have included High Tech companies such as Parametric Technology and Dimension Data, as well as leading Biotech companies such as Boston Scientific. Michelle has a strong passion for continuous learning, building and sustaining strong culture and values.
Michelle is a member of the Synergy Consulting Collaborative an organization providing employee engagement services to its customers. She also partners with a variety of companies, including IT Sales and Marketing Association, CareerBuilders.com and Effective Training Associates to deliver consulting, development and training delivery services. Michelle is also an adjunct professor at Hesser College Undergraduate Business and at Northeastern University Graduate College of Professional Studies.
Prior to starting her consulting company, Michelle was the head of Staffing and Employee Development for TIBCO Software, the leading maker of software integration. In her role she was responsible for leading and facilitating strategic planning, sales, services, management development and executive coaching and recruiting. Michelle has over 15 years experience coaching managers and executives as well as developing processes, programs and training. Prior to joining TIBCO, Michelle worked at Keane, Inc., a billion dollar IT consulting company in Boston. At Keane, Michelle was responsible for a team of employee and organizational development specialists who developed processes, programs and training for sales, management, recruiters, consultants and other functional groups.
Michelle is recognized for her facilitation and design skills. In her many years of effective leadership, Michelle has pioneered efforts for HR globally, creating cutting edge development and training programs, managing recruiting, developing innovative tools and processes to maximize employee productivity.
In 2006, Michelle founded TrainingMade to provide an alternative to traditional training design and development for business trainers, HR professionals and consultants. After 15 years in the HR and training and organizational development field, Michelle realized a need for cost effective, restriction free, just-in-time training that would allow companies to provide high quality programs to their ever changing organizations.
Michelle holds a BS in Business Administration from Northeastern University and a MS in Human Resource Management from Emmanuel College. She is certified in Training and Development from Boston University

Howard has over 30 years experience as an Engineering Professional. As the Web Administrator/Consultant for TrainingMade, Howard's work is expressed through the company's website.
Howard is the sole proprietor of HRB Consulting, an engineering consulting company in Randolph, MA. Prior to starting his own company, Howard was a Senior Staff Engineer for American Science & Engineering, Billerica, MA.
Howard is a Life Member of the IEEE and holds a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering from Northeastern University, Boston, MA.

Carol has over 10 years of experience in Training and Development. In her role at TrainingMade, Carol has used her experience to work with instructor designers and authors to develop and format the content and graphics for each of the products offered by TrainingMade.
Prior to joining TrainingMade, Carol worked at Keller Williams Realty
- the 3rd largest real estate company in the country, as a CEO/Team Leader. One of her primary responsibilities was as an instructor, trainer and facilitator or courses focused on; Leadership, Sales, Negotiation, Recruiting, Marketing, as well as many others. Prior to her career in real estate, Carol worked in the Medical Supply industry for over 19 years.
Carol is a certified instructor of continuing education units for Real Estate in the State of Washington. She also is a recognized and certified local trainer for Keller Williams Realty.

Marissa Smajlaj has over 13 years experience working in graphic design. As the Principal Graphic Designer for TrainingMade, Marissa's work is expressed through the company's logo, business cards, website and multiple document templates.
Prior to joining TrainingMade, Marissa worked at Keane, Inc., an IT consulting company in Boston, MA as the Graphic Designer for the Employee & Organizational Development Department. She was responsible for designing and producing the department's training materials including slide presentations and printed materials.
She began her career as Catalog Production Assistant at Catalink Direct in Norwood, MA, where she supported the design and layout of an electronic catalog that featured computer products.
From Catalink Direct she moved to Elcom Systems in Westwood, MA, a provider of remotely hosted eProcurement and Private eMarketplace solutions. She worked exclusively on designing and maintaining multiple electronic catalogs, creating documentation of the catalog production process, and training new clients on the use of the company's proprietary software.
Marissa's creative passions extend beyond graphic design. She is a certified Pastry/Chocolate Chef with professional culinary experience ranging from restaurants to a wholesale chocolate company. She is also in the process of starting her own dessert business and will be re-entering the restaurant world as Pastry Chef for a new local seafood restaurant.
Marissa holds a BA in Integrative Arts with a focus on Illustration and Costume Design from Pennsylvania State University and a Diplōme de Pātisserie from Le Cordon Bleu in London, England. She also holds a Certificate in Computer Graphics from Northeastern University in Boston, MA.
